Our "symptoms" flare when we are in a state of unrest. Environments, co-existing conditions, sleep, nutrition, lack of exercise, and many other reasons can trigger our least desired actions or inaction. Our support is directed by finding where the unrest lies, unpacking it, and then co-creating strategic solutions specifically developed for each client's unique situation.
We use a variety of tools for reflection, discovery, mindfulness activities, and even exercise.
